How is your fresh pasta made? - Our fettuccine is handmade to order from scratch using only two simple ingredients: highest quality flour made with high protein-high fiber and farm fresh eggs (never water). We roll, knead, cut fresh pasta by hand daily in-house. Are your signature sauces made in house? - Yes — every one of our nine signature sauces is prepared from scratch in our kitchen each morning, using only the freshest quality ingredients. Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options? - Yes! Several of our sauces and toppings are vegetarian, and we can customize most dishes. However, we don't have vegan option as our pasta includes eggs. Do you offer gluten free options? - Unfortunately, we do not offer gluten-free pasta options at the moment. Is your food Halal? - Yes! Everything on our menu is 100% Halal. Can I place my order online for in-store pickup? - Yes! Simply visit our website, build your pasta meal, and choose "Pick Up" at checkout. You save time by avoiding the register line! Can I order online or for delivery? - Absolutely. You can order for store pickup or delivery through our website or on [UberEats / DoorDash / Grubhub-customize based on your platforms]. Why is my order taking longer during busy periods? - When many customers arrive at once, especially during lunch (12–2 PM) and dinner (6–9 PM), our kitchen handles a high volume of orders. We make-to-order your pasta and prepare each dish fresh to maintain quality, so wait times can increase as orders queue up. Can you cater my event or party? - Yes!
